Hi there, I’m Anzu, the founder of Self-Care Corner Blog. I am a self-care and wellness advocate, a Pilates enthusiast, and a firm believer in the transformative power of self-care practices. My journey into the world of self-care began when I realized the profound impact it had on my life. As a 41-year-old mother of two, I felt a need to pay more attention to myself.
I have been neglecting my well-being for way too long! Life has a way of leading us down various paths, and over the years, I have worn many hats—from a devoted mother and a supportive wife to a dedicated professional. While those roles have brought me immense joy and fulfillment, I have come to realize that there’s a part of me yearning for something more. I started this blog to share my experiences, insights, and tips with you, hoping to inspire and support you on your own self-care journey. If you find any of this relatable, stick with me to see where it takes us. I believe in the importance of holistic self-care, which includes caring for the whole, the body, the mind, and the spirit. To improve and support our wellness, our blog also highlights the importance of Wall Pilates. Why? Because it is a holistic exercise system that concentrates on building strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness. Wall Pilates, a unique variation of traditional Pilates, has been a game-changer in my self-care routine. It’s a form of exercise that combines the core principles of Pilates with the support of a wall, helping to enhance your posture, balance, and overall physical well-being. In my journey, I discovered the incredible benefits of Wall Pilates, and I want to share these with you.
